- Donating to the “Save The Baltic Sea” expedition
When you choose to support us through the donation feature on the subpage of the Website, we will process your name, surname, selected payment method, information about the donation, and the related payment data (amount of the donation, date, account number, and other donation related information to the extent necessary for the administration of the donation).
The legal basis for the processing of these data is the performance of the contract to which you are a party (Art.6 (1) (b) GDPR).

The legal basis for the processing of these data is the performance of the contract to which you are a party (Art.6 (1) (b) GDPR), as well as our legitimate interest in ensuring your safety and the proper organization of the expedition (Art.6 (1) (f) GDPR).

In cases where you represent a legal person with whom we enter into a contract, we may process the following personal data about you: name, surname, address, telephone number, email address, workplace, position, the basis of representation, and documents authorizing the person to act on behalf of the partner, signature, contract and its content, information, and communications provided to us during the performance of the contract concluded with the partner or information obtained in the course of the performance of the contract.

We do not sell your data under any circumstances.
- How long do we store your information?
Your personal data will be stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes defined in this policy.
- The data of your communications with us, including inquiries and responses, will be stored for a maximum of 2 years from the last day of communication with you.
- We will keep personal data related to the donation to the “Save The Baltic Sea” expedition for a maximum of 10 years.
- Data related to cookies will be stored as described in the “Cookies” section above.
- We will keep the data provided to us during the registration process and collected during the expedition for a maximum of 1 year after the end of the expedition.
- When you represent a legal person with whom we have a contract, we will store your personal data for a maximum of 10 years.
- When we process your personal data based on your consent, we store your personal data until you withdraw your consent, but in any case for no longer than 3 years.
When your personal data is no longer required by law or the rights and obligations of either party, your personal data will be deleted.
